Return and exchange
In short: you can return or exchange an order within 14 days of purchase. All tags and the item’s appearance must be intact; items with signs of wear or stains are not accepted. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Items bought in seasonal sales with a discount starting from −50% cannot be returned. We refund the money immediately after we receive the returned parcel. If you have any reasons which make you return the goods, it is possible to return or change within 14 days of receiving your order.
- You should remember that you can change or return only articles saving all labels and with appropriate look, and form filled.
