Shipping and payment
In short: within Ukraine we deliver only by Nova Poshta (branch, parcel locker or courier). Delivery within Ukraine is free for orders from 5000 UAH; below that amount the cost follows the carrier’s tariffs and is paid by the customer. We ship within 2 business days and delivery takes 1–2 business days. Abroad we ship by Ukrposhta, up to 14 business days (we do not ship to Russia or Belarus). Payment: by card online or cash on delivery with a 250 UAH prepayment.

International delivery
By Ukrposhta to your address, up to 14 business days, cost at Ukrposhta tariffs shown at checkout. We do not ship to Russia or Belarus.
Showroom pickup
The showroom is open by appointment, Mon–Fri 11:00–19:00.

Payment
- Visa / Mastercard online (LiqPay)
- Cash on delivery at a Nova Poshta branch (partial prepayment — 250 UAH, the rest on receipt)
- Cash or card at the showroom
A fiscal receipt is e-mailed after payment.
