Card online (LiqPay), cash on delivery at a Nova Poshta branch, and partial prepayment of 250 UAH with cash on delivery

Yes, an electronic fiscal receipt is e-mailed after payment.
How is delivery cost calculated?
Shown at checkout at Nova Poshta tariffs; for other countries — the cost is calculated at checkout
How can I track my parcel?
After dispatch you receive a Nova Poshta tracking number.
How long will my order take?
We ship within 2 business days; within Ukraine by Nova Poshta 1–2 business days. To other countries (except Russia and Belarus, where we do not ship) — up to 14 business days
Can I cancel an order?

What is MAGNETIC?
MAGNETIC is a Ukrainian women’s fashion brand: dresses, suits, blazers and more. The brand has been working since March 2015 and its showroom is in Odesa.
Where can I buy MAGNETIC clothes?
In the MAGNETIC online store with delivery across Ukraine and abroad, and in the showroom in Odesa by appointment.
Where is the showroom and how do I book a visit?

Is delivery free?
Yes, within Ukraine for orders from 5000 UAH. Below that amount Nova Poshta delivery follows the carrier’s tariffs and is paid by the customer; the amount is shown at checkout.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes, by Ukrposhta, up to 14 business days; the cost at Ukrposhta tariffs is shown at checkout. We do not ship to Russia or Belarus.
