Items purchased during seasonal sales with a discount starting from −50% cannot be returned. For other items the usual rule applies: return or exchange within 14 days if all tags and the item’s appearance are intact.

During promotions and sales personal discounts are not active. The exception is when a regular customer’s individual discount is higher than the promotional price: then you may choose the larger discount.

If a size is not listed on the product page, it is sold out. You can place a special order with our manager at +38 (093) 003 5 003.

Within Ukraine we deliver by Nova Poshta to a branch, a parcel locker or by courier. We ship within 2 business days, and delivery takes 1–2 business days. Delivery is free for orders from 5000 UAH; below that amount it follows the carrier’s tariffs and is shown at checkout.

You can pay by card online through LiqPay, or in cash on delivery at a Nova Poshta branch with a partial prepayment of 250 UAH. In the showroom you can pay in cash or by card.
